Fold over the top edge of each pennant and press.
Top stitch the trim to the pennants, starting at the top edge, mitering the trim at the point and stitching back up the opposite side.
Press fusible web to the back of the fabric and cut out letters.
Remove paper backing from fusible web and press letters to the center of each pennant.
Open the folds of the bias tape and insert each pennant, spacing them as desired. Top stitch along the length of the bias binding to secure the pennants to the bias binding.
Glue buttons to the point of each pennant.
Optionally: Fabric Glue may be used in place of sewing. Follow the manufacturer’s directions to assure success.
